Teacher Meena is a passionate and results-driven educator who served as a General Education Officer with the Ministry of Education, Singapore, from February 2015 to May 2023.

 

Over the course of her eight-year tenure, she established a strong reputation for designing and delivering student-centered lesson plans for the GCE A-Level Economics curriculum. Her classes consistently achieved remarkable academic outcomes, with pass rates exceeding 80% and distinction rates rising from 30% to an impressive 65% under her leadership.

With a deep commitment to educational excellence, Meena continually refined her teaching practices by integrating innovative methodologies and leveraging classroom analytics. She utilized diagnostic data to track student performance, identify learning gaps, and develop benchmarks that guided her instructional strategies.
